Water ingress check

A thorough check for water ingress into the body of the caravan through seals & joints, using a calibrated ultrasonic damp meter.

Readings 0-15% normal
15-20% recheck required in 3 months
Above 20% remedial work required

Chassis service

A comprehensive serice, inspection and report on all the working parts of the braking system and chassis, which includes the brakes linings, bearings, oil seals, tyres, hitch, corner steadies and chassis members etc.
Lubrication and adjustment is carried out as required.
the exterior road lights, 12N / 12S plugs are tested, inspected and treated with a corrosion inhibitor to keep in working order.

Full service (to meet warranty requirements)

Includes water ingress check and chassis service plus a full inspection, test and report of the operation, condition, and saftey of all the main services and appliances i.e. gas, water, 12 volt and 240 volt systems. including a pressure leak test of the gas system, and flushing of the water system.
